NoteKeep — common questions

How do I restore my PRO subscription?

Open NoteKeep, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Your PRO subscription is tied to your App Store or Google Play account, so make sure you're signed in with the same account you used to subscribe.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. You can manage or cancel anytime from your device: on iOS via Settings → your name → Subscriptions, and on Android via the Google Play Store → Subscriptions.

Will my notes sync across devices?

Yes. When you sign in with the same account, your notes and checklists sync securely to the cloud and stay up to date across your devices.

How do I delete my account and data?

In NoteKeep, open the Account tab and tap Delete Account at the bottom of the page. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. If you run into any trouble, email us at contact@luckykettlestudios.com and we'll help. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I remove ads?

Ads appear only on the free tier. Upgrading to NoteKeep PRO removes all ads and unlocks PRO features.
